If you want to use one (or more) of
my designs on your own personal or business Christmas cards this is
what you do.
- To use one of my designs you first need to purchase the
right to use it (see the rates below). Do this simply by contacting me, telling me which design or designs you want to use and approximately how many cards you hope to produce.
- I'll
then send you a specially formatted email that you can use to
automatically transfer the necessary fee into my PayPal account.
Alternatively you can pay by cheque.
- I will then send you a computer file of the image for you
to use on your card.
- If
you're producing a card for personal use you can then use the design by
turning it into a card on your own computer and by printing it out on
your desktop printer. The results are surprisingly good, especially
when you use high quality paper.
- If you want to use the design
on a corporate, business or similar Christmas card send the computer
file to the department or company that deals with your normal publicity
or printing needs.
These are the fees for using my
designs.
- The
amount that you have to pay to use one of my cartoons on a Christmas
card depends on the number of cards that you want to produce.

If
you decide to produce more cards than your original estimate –
perhaps because you underestimated how many friends or business
contacts you've got or because you want to use the design several years
running – remember that you need to pay extra to bring your rights up to the
appropriate level.
If you want to discuss anything or if you have any questions that you'd like to ask,
just get in touch.
